Mind Matters 1 Day Gravel Training Camp: Hobart, TAS January 17, 2026
SATURDAY 17 JANUARY, 2026
Matters Athlete Coaching Hobart Gravel Training Camp will take riders on a 1 day, 132km journey traveling through the majestic Huon Valley south of Hobart, Tasmania.
Mind Matters will be supporting riders as they experience some of the best gravel roads and trails Australia has to offer. Different to previous Mind Matters Training Camps, this edition will have a specific focus on handling your bike whilst atop gravel/ dirt, with a good dose of elevation gain on this route, we will have a specific focus on climbing and descending skills. Hence, riders will be challenged in a physical sense, but also in a skills sense as we cover what makes a strong, stable and confident rider atop undulating/ precarious terrain.
More than just a tour, Mind Matters training camps offer a learning experience for your cycling. With tips and tricks of the trade shared along the way to not just challenge you but also inspire you to get as much out of rides such as this and your sport as possible. Head Coach Justin Maddog Morris and an associate coach will be there to help riders develop such skills whilst we ride.
The small group format allows riders to have one on one time with the coaches and encourages camaraderie & friendship within the group.
