Elite Development $199/Month

Designed to assist the development of young athletes to achieve sporting and life dreams and goals. A mental and physical coaching plan to sharpen the body & mind for an aspiring athlete. Restricted to those 25 years old and under.

  • Introduction and consultation via in person meeting, telephone or email contact.

  • Assistance with development of sport related and general life goals.

  • Assistance with equipment selection and bike fit.

  • Your personalised week to week training program is created with regular feedback, adjustments and advice.

  • Event specific mental preparation advice and techniques. Event strategy advice. Coach attendance to some events where possible.

  • Post event debrief session, analysing all data driven and mental aspects of performance.

  • Continuing support on sporting, life journey.

  • Weekly telephone or face to face meetings with coach.

  • Training Plan delivered via 'Training Peaks' online software. Basic Training Peaks account included.

  • Coach attendance at key sporting/ life events possible through negotiation (extra cost).

  • Power or Heart Rate profile tests and zone creation.

  • Assistance with networking in the sporting world and referral to the absolute best in all aspects of athletic development as required.

Cycle Fundamentals Private Course

$299/2hr course

Just getting into the sport and confused about your new equipment and how to use it? Riding your bike but not feeling like you are 'at ease' with your machine? A private cycling tuition session is just what you need!

- A 2 hour on bike consultation with either head coach Justin Morris or a Mind Matters ambassador.

- Learn the fundamentals of the function, handling and purpose of the bicycle.

- Preliminary bike fit session to ensure comfort and efficiency on your cycle.

- Learn how to best handle your bike in a variety of situations from traffic to a race winning sprint.

- Available in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Adelaide, Hobart and Launceston.


The Silver Plan $275/Month

For the athlete who would like to learn more about training, their body and their mind seeing athletic improvement in the process.

  • All the features of Elite Development program. PLUS:

  • Weekly adjustments to online training program as required.

  • Quarterly one-on-one 2 hour training session with coach or Mind Matters ambassador (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart & Launceston).

  • Attendance at 1 important event annually (negotiated extra cost involved).

2 week Road Cycling Fundamentals Training Plan $199

Developing and honing the skills of bike handling increase your enjoyment of the sport and ensure you avoid eating the pavement or developing other cycling related injuries. Being aware of these skills increases your efficiency and ensures as much power is getting to those pedals as possible. The 2 week skills essential plan will open your eyes and maintain your balance of life on and off the bike.

  • A fully structured 2 week training plan shared via either Training Peaks or Excel Spreadsheet with step by step guides to mastering the art of road cycling.

  • Covers form, style, climbing, descending, sprinting, balance, power efficiency and activation on the bike.

  • A 15minute phone conversation with Mind Matters coach Justin Morris about your goals and challenges in the sport

  • A personalised ‘Goal Pyramid’ to assist you map out the journey to your cycling goals.

  • Access to a personalised Mind Matters silver or gold program upon completion.

  • An introduction to the Mind Matters Athlete Coaching experience without the commitment of a structured, personalised plan.
