Elite Development $219/Month
Designed to assist the development of young athletes to achieve sporting and life dreams and goals. A mental and physical coaching plan to sharpen the body & mind for an aspiring athlete. Restricted to those 25 years old and under.
Introduction and consultation via in person meeting, telephone or email contact.
Assistance with development of sport related and general life goals.
Assistance with equipment selection and bike fit.
Your personalised week to week training program is created with regular feedback, adjustments and advice.
Event specific mental preparation advice and techniques. Event strategy advice. Coach attendance to some events where possible.
Post event debrief session, analysing all data driven and mental aspects of performance.
Continuing support on sporting, life journey.
Training Plan delivered via 'Training Peaks' online software. Basic Training Peaks account included.
Coach attendance at key sporting/ life events possible through negotiation (extra cost).
Power or Heart Rate profile tests and zone creation.
Assistance with networking in the sporting world and referral to the absolute best in all aspects of athletic development as required.
The Silver Plan $290/Month
For the athlete who would like to learn more about training, their body and their mind seeing athletic improvement in the process.
All the features of Elite Development program. PLUS:
Weekly adjustments to online training program as required.
6 monthly one-on-one 90min training session with coach or Mind Matters ambassador (Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart & Launceston).
Attendance at 1 important event annually (negotiated extra cost involved).
Athlete Mentoring & Wellbeing Service $199/ Month
A specific focus on handling the mental demands associated with the life of an athlete. Delivered by Australian Sports Commission accredited mentor, former professional athlete and psychology graduate Justin Morris.
Focussing on the Mind Matters 5 Pās pillars of performance; Purpose, Passion, Perspective, Presence and Patience the mentoring experience is designed to encourage performance beyond a training plan.
Monthly 60 minute 1on1 sessions either in person or via video.
Follow up email for each session including evidence backed mental resources personalised for you and your situation.
Constant support via email/ text message.
Targeted advice and networking for all levels of athlete.
