Level up your road cycling skills with our half day workshop in Traverse City, Michigan. Partnering with Brick Wheels, Mind Matters head coach and former road professional Justin Morris will be leading a small group on a 80km loop in the famed scenic Leelanau County followed by post ride coffee and debrief at Brick Wheels. During the ride the following will be addressed through instruction and short drills on the beautiful roads around Lake Leelanau:

-Cycle coaching attention tailored to you throughout the ride.

- How to be as safe as possible both solo and in a group on the bike.

-The dynamics of group riding whilst rolling turns.

-On bike form/style to refine the efficiency of each pedal stroke.

-Group positioning in differing conditions.

-Climbing skills/ most efficient output of effort.

-Descending skills.
